RETURN POLICY

Free returns on all U.S. orders. Upton gladly accepts returns of undamaged items within 30 days of the ship date.*

Returns can be requested in your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT PORTAL.

We offer free returns on all eligible domestic orders, for which we will provide you a prepaid shipping label. All products must be shipped back in the same condition and packaging in which they were received. If items are missing original packaging, or are dirty, scratched, or damaged in any way, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

We are a small business and in order to continue to offer free returns, we need to be able to resell these pieces.

*Select sale items + items in The Studio Shop collection cannot be returned.

 

International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees for orders outside the U.S. 

Exchanges: Unfortunately we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. You are free to return your original item, and order the replacement item at any time.

Lost packages: If your order hasn’t arrived or your tracking status says “delivered” but you don’t have it, please email hello@whatsupton.com and we’ll get right back to you.
